You get a price and the reason for it
A quote with the market reference behind it, so you can see why the number is the number. No bait rate that moves at pickup.

The carrier is verified before dispatch
Operating authority, insurance certificate, safety rating, and a screen for fraud and double-brokering. Every load, every time, with the check written down.

The truck is covered and the paperwork is clean
Rate confirmation issued before pickup, appointment set, pickup number in hand, and one record holding every quote, call, and document.

Delivery, then payment
Proof of delivery collected at the door. Carriers are paid on the terms agreed at booking, and detention is not an argument anyone should have to win twice.
